Charles T. McCormick Papers 1911-1964, bulk 1920-1962

Charles T. McCormick served as dean of the University of Texas School of Law from 1940-1949. The collection documents McCormick's activities as a professor, legal scholar, and dean. Also included are materials relating to McCormick's testimony in Sweatt v. Painter, and his role as administrator of the Texas State University for Negroes Law School.
